Our Core Values

They guide all of our decisions and actions.

As you know, our Core Values are our guiding force as a company; we take them very seriously and they are our touchstone for every decision we make and every action we take.

Alongside Communication, Purpose, Positivity, Teamwork, Passion, Innovation and Integrity, one of our core values is Respect.

Respect is something everyone deserves. As the black community suffers, we choose to not stand by idle or to assume that someone else will help in our stead. As a nation, we have started an important conversation about ending systemic racism and building a better, more inclusive society.

In this spirit, we are making contributions to organizations like the NAACP and Know Your Rights Camp, that support our core value, RESPECT. These organizations are working to secure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights in order to eliminate race-based discrimination. As well as, to empower and train black youth to understand the values of higher education, self-empowerment, and, their rights.

Vantagepoint is committed to stepping up to help fight social injustice and to stand by our core values. Whether it’s our partner organizations like Shriners Hospitals for Children or the Children’s Cancer Center, we will always answer the call and support respect, human rights, and charitable organizations that rely on the support of others.

I’m sharing this because we want to reinforce to those in need, they are not alone or ignored. Additionally, our customers help make it possible for us to make the world a better place and I want to extend my thanks and gratitude for having you as part of the Vantagepoint family.
