We just wrapped up our October VantagePoint University Summit here in Tampa!
Three days. A packed room. And some of the best feedback I’ve ever heard.
People were literally giving me hugs and high fives. One attendee told me his 2027 is going to be fantastically better because of what he learned. Another said he’s been to countless conferences in investing, real estate and continuing education, and this one was hands down the best. Then he told me he’d see me in January. Several people wrote on their surveys that they’d give us six stars if that were an option.
I love hearing that.

You’ll see the room on Friday morning while we were still hanging pipe and drape and setting up the giant screens, and then what it looked like Saturday morning when every seat was filled. It’s an intimate event by design. Nobody is stuck in the back of a ballroom squinting at a stage. Everyone can see, hear and participate, and members of our team are right there in the room to help if you need extra coaching.
At every Summit we donate $5,000 to a local nonprofit, and this time it was Kiddy Up Ranch. They use equine therapy to help children with autism, kids who have been through trauma, seniors, and veterans dealing with PTSD. This was our third gift to them, and they are truly special. Mandi and I were proud to present it.
We also announced our fourth quarter partner, Two Good Soles. This is our sixth or seventh year supporting them. Our goal is to buy at least 500 pairs of shoes and socks for local school kids who don’t have them. As a dad of a middle schooler and a high schooler, I can’t imagine sending my girls to school without shoes. For a lot of kids, that’s reality. We can help change it.
You’ll also catch a candid moment in the video of Nikki, our head trainer at VantagePoint University, teaching my 16 year-old daughter, Rachael, a few things about indicators she didn’t know yet. My father started VantagePoint in 1979. I never went to college or worked anywhere else. This company has been my education and my passion. Seeing Rachael and Abby take an interest means the world to me, because they would be the third generation.
