New VantagePoint version 8.8 released
Company News and Press Releases
Wesley Chapel, FL, August 1, 2014 – Market Technologies, LLC announced the release of VantagePoint 8.8, the latest version of its award-winning, intermarket-analysis trading software.
Combining intermarket analysis with the pattern-recognition capabilities of neural networks has become the benchmark in the trading-software industry, thanks to the pioneering efforts of Louis Mendelsohn who first released VantagePoint in 1991.
The power of VantagePoint is that its neural networks comb through gigabytes of global intermarket data, compare that financial data to both current and historical financial data, and then it creates leading technical indicators that forecast future trend directions and prices up to two days in advance. Independent testing has shown VantagePoint’s predictive accuracy as high as 87.4%.
“When I first developed VantagePoint, I knew software would become more powerful, but today’s artificial intelligence research has brought neural networks to such a high level the capability of VantagePoint is better than ever,” said Mendelsohn.
In the latest 8.8 version of VantagePoint, the improved neural networks have been retrained and over 30 new stocks have been added to the list of stocks that VantagePoint forecasts. Some of the more notable stocks are BlackRock, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Garmin, Monster Beverage and Wynn Resorts.
VantagePoint combines patented technologies that combine intermarket analysis and neural networks to generate highly accurate predictive indicators and forecasts of trend direction. You can read more about Market Technologies’ two patented technologies at .
